5. Fill in the porting request carefully. If you do not provide full and accurate details, the system will reject it.
6. Submit the porting request at the provider’s office where you got the form or call the acceptor provider’s Customer Relations Service in view of learning where you may submit the porting request (if you download it from the site).
7. You must submit the standard porting request at the acceptor operator, alongside with a copy of your identity card and a copy of the last invoice issued by the donor provider. If you send another person on your behalf, you need an original proxy.

9. The acceptor provider shall contact you to announce you on the exact date and timeframe when the porting is to take place and the date when you need to go to sign the contract, if you did not sign it when you submitted the porting request. The service shall be interrupted for 3 or 4 hours to enable the provider to operate the porting. Meanwhile, you will not be able either to receive nor to make calls.
